Towed Aircraft Air Source Unit

The towed aircraft air source unit mainly consists of a towed chassis, chassis frame, unit and air supply assembly. The air supply flow rate is ≥300PPM, and the auxiliary air supply is 1.7-2.1bar(25-30psi), which is adjustable. Start gas supply :2.4-2.9bar(35-42psi) Applicable aircraft models include Boeing 707, 717, 727, 737 series, 757, 767, 747 series, some B777, DC8, DC9, DC10, MD80 series, MD90, MD11, Airbus A320 series, A340 series, A300, A310, A330, that is, not adopted All models other than the GE90 engine

The base load-bearing capacity of the air source unit is 8 tons, with a maximum of 10 tons. It is connected to the upper and lower components by 6 huge connecting plates through 72 12.9 grade M16 bolts. The upper air source unit and the lower towed chassis can be separated as needed. The rear end of the main beam is welded with a hose slot assembly and can be used as a step. The chassis frame, cover shell and various units are fixed on the top. In the middle of the frame is where the fuel tank is stored. Fuel can be supplied to the diesel engine and the compressor through oil pipes. The tractor tows the trailer through the front pull frame at the front.
